Vice President, Customer Engagement

Donna Page is an industry veteran with almost two decades of proven experience in strategic planning, team development, operational enhancement, and quality assurance.  Prior to joining the Pulse8 team, Donna spent more than 8 years working with Blues plans in P&L management, value-based payment initiatives, program governance, risk adjustment proficiencies, and HEDIS® improvement opportunities in government programs including Medicare Advantage, ACA Commercial, and Managed Medicaid.

Through her leadership, her teams demonstrated success in implementing programs, focused on the highest standards of quality, while improving accuracy and compliancy and minimizing costs.  Prior to working with health plans, Donna spent more than 10 years in a consulting capacity, working with various health plans in CMS payment reconciliation and compliancy functions, while supporting and managing multiple large system implementations and integration.

Donna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
