Shelley is responsible for ensuring all teams are coordinated and driving toward a consistent set of client objectives. She ensures the alignment of the project management office, IT, development, product, and customer engagement. She is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in strategic planning, cost reduction, problem solving, and idea generation. Shelley has a proven track record of driving results, exceeding objectives, and fostering strong relationships.

Prior to joining the Pulse8 team, Shelley served as a Business Operations Consultant for BlueCross and BlueShield of Kansas City. Over the course of her career, Shelley has led organizations through the successful implementation of numerous projects across multiple disciplines and industries, including insurance, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications. From start-up ventures to Fortune 100 companies, she has extensive experience driving process improvement that eliminates inefficiencies with the ultimate goals of reducing costs, increasing revenue, and improving the customer experience. For example, under her leadership, a $1.2B organization realized a 15% reduction in expenses, significant increases in revenue year-over-year, all the while achieving all-time highs in customer satisfaction survey results. 

Shelley earned a Bachelor of Administration in Political Science from Indiana University.
