Pulse8 Hires Industry Veteran as New Vice President of Customer Engagement

Pulse8 Inc., a leading healthcare analytics and technology company focused on Risk Adjustment, Quality, and Pharmacy programs for ACA Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid markets, is pleased to announce the addition of Donna Page as Vice President of Customer Engagement.

Donna will oversee Pulse8’s Customer Engagement team to continue to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by fostering open, collaborative exchanges with clear communication and end-to-end delivery of commitments.  Her primary responsibility is to lead the Customer Engagement team through the direction of contracted deliverables, to assist in troubleshooting, and to ensure superior client service.  Additionally, Donna will continually analyze customer performance and identify industry trends that may impact a customer’s business to provide awareness of the potential implications and recommend alternate strategies for success.

Prior to joining Pulse8, Donna spent nearly a decade working directly for a health plan in P&L management, value-based payment initiatives, program governance, risk adjustment proficiencies, and HEDIS improvement opportunities in government programs including Medicare Advantage, ACA Commercial, and Managed Medicaid.  Through her leadership, Donna and her teams successfully implemented various programs, focused on the highest standards of quality, to improve accuracy and compliancy all while minimizing costs.  Prior to working with the health plan, Donna spent more than 10 years in consulting, working with health plans in CMS payment reconciliation and compliancy functions.
